How do you record a HelloLive fancall?

Hi! I have my very first fancall coming up and it's through HelloLive, but I need help figuring out what to expect for that day. I've heard some people say to screenrecord only after answering the call. Is that true? What about if I record before clicking on the purple "receive video call" button?

Also, do the calls usually start on time?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! 🫶🏼

What happened to this Ayato merch? I can't find any info on it

This pic was first revealed a while ago, but I don't see any shops opening up pre-orders for it though :< Could it be that it's releasing later this year? Or is it already out and just being sold somewhere else? Any info would be greatly appreciated. This merch is truly every Ayato fan's dream omg 🧋🩵
