Heading to DR in August. We will be staying 7 nights including our free anniversary night and have a free catamaran and candlelight dinner credit. Which catamaran do you recommend for a party vibe including snorkeling? Also, is the candlelight dinner worth skipping out on trying one of the restaurants?

We will be staying in Mammee Bay Club Level with Garden view … we have requested a higher floor to hopefully get the ocean view without paying for it. Do you find that room requests are generally honored at this resort? If asking for upgrade, are those usually a “steal” or not so much?

Would appreciate any other recommendations or tips for our trip. 🌴
