Quebec City - any really good artisan gluten-free bakeries?
I will be in Quebec City for a conference next week. Where can I find decent gluten-free bread? Something healthy that doesn’t have potato starch or other refined white starches is what I’m after. Anyone on here live there or visited and have some tips? I’ll be staying near the conference centre without a car…
