This is actually one of the most useful features and it would help new/returning players.

I tried to change my lipid profile with sardines and EVOO, but it ended up not working well.
For some reason, I'm having inflammation from sardines and olive oil. Swapping back to butter and removing sardines from the diet solved the issue.

I'm a 29M lightly active as I work home office and I've been on and off keto for several months, but I actually only succeeded when I stopped counting calories. Fat is way too calorie dense for me to eat to satiety. The weight sometimes stalls, sometimes goes up, sometimes goes down, but I'm not really worried about my weight currently since I'm normal BMI.
If I count what I eat, I'd be over (sometimes way over) my maintenance.
My problem is: as someone who was obese once, I am afraid of feeding the habit of eating without counting calories. I am a whole another person on keto tho, I am more responsive, calm, I make better decisions. Eating fat gives me the highs that carbs would give me but without the weakness and bloating. I need to find the thin line so I can keep myself on keto for a long time as I decided it is my strongest state of mind.

I go to sleep at like 8-9am and I'd like to get some natural vit D before bed.

It dropped yesterday and I no longer get driver crashes whenever I'm, for e.g. opening the transmog tab, swapping to a populated zone like world boss etc. This is a FPS gain for some people with old GPUs like me.

There's no advantage to be taken of after World First ends / Hall of Fame closes. I don't understand why we are still bound to a single group for the rest of the week seemingly that half of the mythic bosses are puggable. I'm stuck with a dead lockout for the rest of the week cus a tank had to go after two bosses killed on first pull.
