Brand new iphone 17 vs used 16 pro (main priority is camera and longevity)

I am getting used 16 pro 256 GB 90% battery health both esim at 67500 rs and 17 at 82k

Honestly the battery isn't an issue I can carry a power bank my most main priority is camera

I love to take pictures and videos and as I am the first person to buy an iphone in my family it is going to be used in every function lol so camera is top notch priority

And I have to sustain my phone for 5-6 years so which phone is giving a good deal ?
