Hello,

I am facing an issue after installing Veritas NetBackup on a Linux Master Server.
The installation appears to complete successfully, and all NetBackup services are running correctly according to bpps -x (nbemm, nbjm, nbwebsvc, PostgreSQL NBDB, etc.).

However, when accessing the Web UI (https://<hostname>:1556/webui), I receive the following error message:

At first, some commands such as bpps, nbusers, nbacctl, and nbwebui were not found because of PATH issues and what seemed to be an incomplete installation.
After performing a complete reinstall using install_bp, the services are now running correctly, but the RBAC / Web UI authorization issue still remains.

I would like to know:

• How should the initial Web UI setup / first login be performed correctly on NetBackup 11?
• Is it necessary to manually create an RBAC administrator user?
• Is there a specific procedure to initialize Web UI permissions after installation?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
