I'm currently working on a novel and I'm considering self-publishing it as an eBook through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) once it's finished.

I was wondering if anyone here has gone through the process before.

How was your experience overall? Was the publishing process straightforward? What were the biggest challenges you faced (marketing, getting readers, formatting, etc.)? And if you could go back and do one thing differently before publishing, what would it be?

I'd love to hear both positive and negative experiences.

I'm writing a psychological thriller where two characters destroy each other's lives in different ways. At what point does revenge stop feeling justified and start feeling selfish to readers?

I'm writing a psychological thriller/dark romance.

The male lead killed the female lead's father.

The female lead was involved in the male lead's sister's death.

Neither of them knows the truth about the other.

Years later, they fall in love.

Then the truth starts coming out.

Who would you hate more?

I appeared in the Phase 1 admission test for BS Psychology at Bahria University Karachi.

Does anyone know if a candidate who has already appeared in Phase 1 can apply and appear again in Phase 2 for the same program?

If someone has personally experienced this or confirmed it from the admissions office, please let me know.
