hello, wanna ask if anyone have an experience with cutting the pill in half and if its okay.

im starting with the 25g but my psychiatrist told me to cut it for 12.5 so it makes less effects on my sleep as im a student mid exam seasons

would it actually make a difference or is it even okay to do so?
