Looks like a survey email just went out. Loved the questions. It feels like the company is looking for ways to engage with customers and improve their interaction with future owners based on their wants and needs.
Long story short, I don’t regret purchasing this sight unseen. The bike rides very well. The fit with
no adjustment feels natural. With maximum assist, the power and acceleration are incredible but controllable. With assist level 1 you can tell it’s a heavy bike, but you can get it moving. The only thing that surprised me a little was the noise. I’m not sure if it was a plastic rattle or drivetrain noise, but it was a little louder than expected. I don’t want to even call it a negative, but I was thinking that with a single gear and belt drive the bike would be near silent. Absolutely stoked to see these delivered, I really think all the haters are going to be surprised when they get a chance to try the TM-B. Excellent job by the team at ALSO.
