1mg since the start. Not stacking anything else.

I’ll never get over how much Reta has changed my life. I feel so much better in my body, I left a toxic relationship in June of this year and starting this journey has given me all of my confidence plus more back. My relationship with food and alcohol is the healthiest it’s ever been. I’m pouring all my energy into myself. I’ve been on 1mg the entire time. Gym 1-3x per week, at least 10k steps per day.

Does anyone else have 1 food they crave constantly??? The only thing I’ve wanted to eat in the last 3 months is beef. Ground beef, steak, pot roast, doesn’t matter, just beef.

1 month on Reta

1mg per week
Not stacking anything else

1 month down and I feel so much better already! I have been more tired than usual, and life unexpectedly got super busy as soon as I started, so I didn’t have as much time to go to the gym as I would have liked (or at all truthfully). I just tried hitting 7k-10k steps per day. I started dosing at 1mg and plan on continuing at 1mg for another week or 2 as eating has been HARD. When I eat, it’s mostly chicken, steak, and sweet potatoes/broccoli. I’ve learned that eating something super high protein first thing in the morning will allow me to keep my energy up for the rest of the day (rocket science, I know), but as someone who hates breakfast that’s been a struggle.

I plan on starting in the gym again this week, I know maintaining muscle is super important to avoid looking skinny fat, and now that I’ve figured out how to not have intense crashes mid day I feel more confident that I’ll be able to get my workouts in.

The best part- I have struggled with over eating/over drinking a LOT in the last few years- I gained nearly 70 pounds in my 20s (I’m 26 now). I finally feel some peace of mind. I’m not constantly worrying about getting myself to stop when I’m full, or eating crap food when I’m not hungry but it looks good. Damn this is changing my life!
