Electric Kiwi Terrible Support

Has anybody else had a terrible time dealing with Electric Kiwi?

We just had solar installed and moved to the Movemaster plan. That was nearly 2 months ago and we are still not exporting solar. We need our meter upgraded but Electric Kiwi are basically stonewalling us.

I've contacted them multiple times and they always say "sorry about that. We'll get on to it right away" and nothing ever happens.

On Monday they said they had raised our priority and we would get an update. Again, silence!

Their customer service and inability to get anything done is the worst I've ever come across in NZ.

Leaking behind gutters

Hi all. We just had an awesome roof/pergola built over our deck that we are very happy with. One of the stipulations was that it be water tight with no leaks so that we can use it year round in all weather. They did a great job and the roof/pergola itself achieves just that.

Unfortunately what we've found is that when it rains there is significant leaking from the gap behind the gutters against the fascias. This is not caused by the deck roof as the gutters all around the house are doing the same thing.

Is this a known thing? Is there a product designed specifically for this like a strip of rubber seal or something? Ideally it would be sealed at the top on the top edge of the gutter against the fascia under the drip edge.
