Looking for good meat restaurant for BF's 30th birthday

We're traveling from Yellowstone to RMNP, and stopping for the night in Laramie, WY. It's the night before my boyfriend's 30th birthday and I'd like to surprise him with a nice dinner!

Any recommendations? He's a meat lover!

Hi everyone! Looking for some advice from people who know these parks a lot better than we do.

Timeline:

- Land in SF: June 27

- Campervan pick-up: June 29

- Campervan drop-off: July 16

- Flight home: July 17 (2PM)

We've made our itinerary way too ambitious, and we need to skip one or several steps. We'd love some guidance on what's actually 'worth' keeping vs. what we should cut.

June 29: SF to Lake Tahoe (3h30 drive)

June 30: drive to Grand Teton National Park (11h drive - stop to be decided)

July 2: drive to Yellowstone National Park (2h30 drive)

July 5: drive through Beartooth Highway (3h drive)

July 6: drive to Badlands National Park (7h drive)

July 7: evening drive to Custer State Park (1h drive)

July 9: drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (5h30 drive)

July 11: drive to Salt Lake City (8h drive)

July 12: drive to Arches National Park (3h30 drive)

July 14: drive to Monument Valley (2h40 drive)

July 15: drive to San Francisco (14h drive - stop to be decided).

July 17: flight at 2PM

My question is: which ones would you recommend definitely keeping in the itinerary?

We don't mind the long drives (6-7h), we enjoy driving and making a few stops along the way. It's the 11h drive from Lake Tahoe to Grand Teton and the 14h drive from Monument Valley to SF that are currently an issue.

Anyone have a recommendation for either of those two drives to be split in two? We've done Las Vegas on a previous trip and we're unfortunately not allowed to drive our van through Death Valley.

Any suggestions are very welcome!
