What’s the current consensus on the best creative writing model?

I’ve done very little writing with AI, but have an old book draft I wrote in 2018 that I would like to update and polish.

Is there a “best” model these days?

Thanks

Got any fun or impressive /goal stories?

It seems like this command has a high risk, high reward potential. I can see it cheating, burning insane amounts of tokens, or potentially being successful where a single prompt would fail.

Any stories or examples you care to share?

Perplexity frustrations

I was billed for pro, pretty sure I never signed up for that, but I am not 100% so will eat it. Anyway, I go in to cancel, but am told I can't do that via the app, must go to website... ok, I go to website, try to login, need to reset my password... but the password reset button gives a 404 type message... so I instead click the "delete account" option... turns out that button doesn't actually work or do anything.

So been billed against my will, can't cancel my plan, and can't delete my account! Fun

Has anyone used Hermes for job hunting?

My wife is looking for a new job, and i'm wondering how tools like Hermes could help her with her job search. Many thanks.

I played with Genspark Claw, it’s pretty impressive, but hews through tokens at an insane rate.

Are there any other providers that have their own Claw type solution?

Running it locally feels quite intimidating in many ways, so would rather pay a monthly fee or API cost
