For those on client projects, are you experiencing people quitting? Our project added new members just this summer and so far 6 people are gone and it’s been only 3 months
It says that “employee may not carry over accrued, unused PTO to the following year, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Accrued, unused PTO will be paid upon separation in accordance with applicable law”
I will have accumulated 100 hours of PTO by end of this year. I plan on quitting next year mid year. I’m not understanding, so if I have 100 hours does that mean I lose all of it?
I’m trying to aim for SAI so I can get the fuck out. My quality score has been good on the project I’m on.
We’re supposed to put accomplishments but I don’t really have anything else to put down except that I’m here to collect my paycheck lol ? What do you all put in your self evaluation?
only to be returned by the client for errors… not to mentioned, I have had some cases QCed by AMLRS only to be overturned by the client. It’s frustrating… I thought that’s the point of AMLRS QCs..so that the case is error free? No? Really hate this cranking production environment. Although I hit my production each week, I strive for high quality work… but AMLRS doesn’t seem to care about quality…
