My husband and I are wanting to move to Luxembourg but we are unsure about the process.
We wanted the use the family reunification visa.
I live in Canada and he was born in Portugal and moved to Belgium as a kid. He has residency, I think, but he isn’t a belgian citizen.
Since he works in Luxembourg, he’d like to move there.
Would it be possible for us to apply for family reunification even though he would only have been living in Luxembourg for a few months at the most?
I tried looking it up but I can’t seem to find whether or not there’s a minimum amount of time he would need to live there.
