Blood flow

This morning I felt incredibly ill upon wakening, very nauseous just lying in bed. Last night I had done a hot foot bath which I have done in the past, but never felt this way in the morning.

A few days ago I got up for the sofa and went upstairs to use the bathroom, I immediately felt faint and had to lay down.

I know I shouldn’t “symptom chase” but I want to understand this more. This is not like me to experience this really considering how far I’ve come but yet I do these few things and my body is struggling.

I have been “active” with my partner recently too and was incredibly unwell the morning afterwards. Like I was spent, nauseous too.

Hopefully that makes sense

Any thoughts would be appreciated

TIA

Struggling with family members relationship with online

A close family member who is schizoaffective, often posts videos on their social media of themselves saying things which they believe to be profound. Almost like a proverb type of thing, however they don’t make much sense. They take a selfie video and have started using props now too.

I’m really struggling with it and have tried to talk to them about it, because I’m scared of the rabbit hole they may go down because of previous episodes. They became obsessive around sharing their “words” and it became their identity, although they don’t talk to anyone about it.

Does anyone have any advice regarding this?

It’s all quite new to me, around 6 years since their diagnosis. I find it upsetting and triggering.

Tolerance of.. life?

I would be intrigued to know anyone’s experience with this.
I currently find a lot of things quite heavy emotionally. For example: A close friend shared something quite shocking with me and I was so frustrated and sad at the same time. I had fatigue and overwhelm feeling for the following days.
None of it was crazy but it’s just part of life.

On top of that, I had a handful of life admin things with deadlines and I just felt so overwhelmed, anxious and fatigue. It then became a dreadful few weeks.

I’m mainly housebound but can wfh a couple of hours a week, whilst going for a 10minute drive type thing.

Question: When did things shift for you? How does my capacity increase for emotion or this overwhelm?

How did you get started?

I’m intrigued by this hobby and fascinated by stained glass. I’m wondering how most people got started with it and how much it cost them to begin?

TIA

Are there any genuine places online to trade doubles? I’m in Ireland and can’t wait to get my hands on this years World Cup book.
