Is this worth anything to anyone?

Found this in the trash the other day and I was wondering if it's worth anything to anyone in the used market.

They seem in good condition but I'm no expert, my knowledge on retro hardware is non existent, all i know is that i tried to boot it with multiple ram configurations and it kept giving me ram beeps, and i don't have any spare ram.

I wanted to sell these for very cheap (or even giving them for free if i find a local) because i can't verify if they work, in what condition they are, and besides the cpu i can't identify any part.

Just wanted to know if it's even worth putting these up for sale, since i live in Italy and i don't know if there's any demand for this.

What case is this?

Found this on the street, competes with the cheesegrater mac pro in weight, it's packed with expansion (?) cards, has a 1992 sticker on the psu and it's definitely dead as it was under heavy rain (really sad as there were two perfect looking crts next to it, but soaked)

How moddable is this? It has that little key thing and that turbo button, plus an on/off switch.

Is there any free program that tracks power consumption, clocks, temps, fps etc i can put on a second monitor?

"Made" this really small monitor, i wanted to use it to track statistics, the only thing i can use that does not need to be an overlay like RTSS is this grey graph from msi afterburner, but with the small font and no color it's kinda hard to see (plus this vga cable has terrible quality compared to a standard one).

Any free but still lightweight alternatives? Does not need to be a graph, just the numbers are ok

i just want to decrease power consumption and temps a little and i was quite successful with my non binned 2080ti (900mv, -50/60w, stock clocks and performance,-7°).

when i tried setting 900, 925 or 950mv on this 4070 super at something like 2620-2670mhz i either got no improvements or artifacts, and the gpu has shown perfect stability and no artifacts at stock.

i know the gpu is already really efficient by itself, but without undervolting i feel like i'm wasting curreent and longevity, and also despite being a three fan gigabyte oc editon it does not have spectacular temps.
