Climbing impacting fertility?

28F Trying to conceive for the first time. How much climbing is too much climbing when you’re trying?

I heard too much exercise can impact your fertility but I don’t know what “too much” is. Like pro athlete level of training or like every other day HIIT…?

I climb 3-4 TR routes 4 times a week. Idk if it matters but I climb 5.11a-b sometimes c.
And if I have enough time or I’m feeling like it, I’ll do 10-20 minutes of some sort of strength training.

PS I don’t have any identified underlying conditions that may impact fertility (PCOS, etc). Haven’t done and screening yet for myself or husband. Been trying for 9-10 months

No notice removed from case

Edit for clarity: I was not given prior notice and found out after client didn’t show up.

I was abruptly removed from a case while I was on PTO. I got to the clinic waiting for them to arrive and when I asked if they canceled, they told me I was. I longer on their case.

I worked with them for over a year and didn’t get a chance to say thank you to their caregiver whom I’ve also built great rapport with.

I had asked to be removed from a different case due to rapport breakdown but I did not anticipate being removed from my other clients case too.

I was so sad and just needed a space to vent. But like, how is this acceptable??? Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?
