Her Quirk Skill set would be the same as prime Nagant (without any nerfs) but you have a whiny Overhaul with you all the time who is getting on your nerves.

She has to tell him to shut up every 30 seconds which gives away her position for other players and has a 50/50 percent chance to be a stun (because there sometimes is an animation where she slaps him)

i would bet she just told Toru that her and Momo are a couple. Torus reaction fits that as well as Jiro and Momos expression. We also have the hint that Momo and Jirou probably live together from the art exhibition and when they both payed together Jiro asked everyone else if they need change because she knew the both of them had enough to help them out.
