Should I be concerned with these changing moles on my cats nose?

I’ve noticed these moles changing on my cats nose since April. When I went to the vet to get his nails trimmed I asked them to take a look and they said these moles are fine but I didn’t give them the context of these photos. I read online that these moles can be normal for light/orange coloured cats but the frequency of them changing is having me feel a bit worried. My cat has started to go outside in my backyard for a bit but it is pretty shady and he usually sits in the shade. I think he started to go outside in April and my mom thinks it’s just dirt.. Should I try taking him to another vet? Or is this normal and happens to other cats??
