Finland graduate degree award advice

Hello! I am curious if anyone has had experience applying for Fulbright graduate degree programs and could offer me some advice? I am applying for a grant to get my master's at Tampere University in Finland, specifically the Peace, Mediation, and Conflict Research program.

I know many awardees recommend ensuring your application is related to the host country's goals and to be sure your research could *only* happen in that country. How do you recommend translating that idea over to the application for graduate degree programs? I am hoping to study human movement (refugees, forced migration, displacement, etc.) in conflict. Tampere University has an excellent program for this, but I am unsure if my application should focus on the benefits of Tampere University or how my studies will benefit/relate back to Finland.

This summer I am spending a week in Egypt and then two months in Morocco. Is there one solid eSIM I could get that will cover both countries (preferably more affordable than the global Airlo one), or do I need to get two different eSIMs? Thanks!
