Bio undergrad GPA

GPA question

I was interested in medicine originally, which is why my undergrad degree is in biology. I love biology enough that finishing the degree was completely worth it to me (I would also be interested perhaps in patent law). However my gpa is a 3.6, and the average gpa for law school is insanely high; I assume this can be attributed partially to the majors. My question is will this below average gpa hinder me despite having a hard/ unique major?

New to this not true to this

Hey, I am completely new to law, and wanting to apply to law school. I am scheduled to take the LSAT this November and I hope to apply this cycle. Tell me things you wish you knew when you first started. I’m open to advice about absolutely anything and everything.

Edit: also would love personal statement advice, and LOR advice.
