I always had acne for seasons, and 2 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, and on last October i had a small breakout and got doxicicline (I was already on treatment with spironolactone) and for January I was having the best skin of my life, i ended the three month of doxicicline and I had a migraine attack and since I was okay hormonaly, and the only med i was in was spironolactone my doctor decided to take it off for few months and the acne came back awfully. IM SO SO SO SO SAD.

The worst part its inflammatory so it hurts, Im back in spironolactone and doxicicline, but i know it will take months to get a decent skin back.

I would gladly accept recommendations to help reduce the information or make them hurt less 😭
