Is it a joke list? Pretty much. Can it work? Maybe? Is it fun to play? Depends.

These and other questions I present to you after me one day thinking of a "what if" list and for the first time ever since I started playing space wolves am actually debating on making a list that doesnt include thunderwolves. Mad I know.

But lets get into it:

Saga of The Beastslayer

• (70pts) Wolf Priest

• (170pts) Wulfen x10
• (170pts) Wulfen x10
• (170pts) Wulfen x10
• (200pts) Wulfen with Storm Shields x10
• (200pts) Wulfen with Storm Shields x10
• (200pts) Wulfen with Storm Shields x10
• (150pts) Murderfang
• (145pts) Wulfen Dreadnought
• (145pts) Wulfen Dreadnought
• (145pts) Wulfen Dreadnought

Beyond that, no clue on what the other 220pts should be. Intercessors for points? Grey Hunters for chaff? Scouts for wolf jail? Who knows?

Point is its a silly dumb list and definitely not competitive as you're gonna me hard-pressed to get any points and such but for the fluff and the lols? Could be fun. And maybe might surprise me. Whatcha think?

So just a simple curiosity on viability or just silliness would thunderwolves be a viable choice for the Orbital Assault Force detachment?

I mean I havent seen a deepstriking thunderwolf since a technicality on a relic from a formation way back when so im always down for that lol
I guess I'm also curious about other options for units that normally wouldn't be able to deepstrike like dreadnaughts and wulfen perhaps.

What are your thoughts?
