NRI seat in Kerala or management seat from a low tier college in Tamil Nadu?

i am from kerala and idk if i should take an nri seat from a mid tier college or from a low tier college in TN
my options in kerala are pk das and pims
in tn- nandha, annapoorna, indira, swamy vivekananda, madha and all(idk which one i will get but yeah)
am i making a stupid financial decision?
how much will i save if i choose a college in tn? will i be able to adjust there easily? how bad will be the language barrier and all?is it too expensive in tn despite the 13.5-16.5lpa fees like will it reach 20lpa? here nri seat costs around 20lpa(just the fees alone ig)
please leave your thoughts and opinions

TN mbbs, will i even get a seat?my gr is 12694, air 384402

man i feel like its been forever since the counselling started😭, im a non domicile, non minority applicant and omg i feel like im the only one who hasnt gotten a seat yet, i am so scared that i wont get a seat as different sources are telling me different things and its making me hella anxious. i hate it sm. well everyday i have to hear from my parents’you shouldve studied’. will i get a seat on r3? or will it be a disappointment again? at least in stray round? even if i get in stray round i will be so behind, the classes have started last month and im a zero, i feel like i dont even know the basics, this is so stressful, i wish i could find someone who could relate to all this🤠

MBBS ABROAD OR PVT?

i am a neet repeater and i got 360 marks and i dont wanna repeat another year. my family asked me to make a decision and in confused af. with my marks getting a pvt seat is risky and expensive. going to georgia for mbbs is encouraged by others around me since my cousin is studying in TSMU but that uni is not accepting international students anymore so we are considering seu, im very skeptical about everything rn. should i spend 20lakhs annum and choose pvt mbbs in tamil nadu or smtg or go to georgia? what are the major pros and cons? will i even fit in?
