Why is my liquid mask peeling up my paint?

This is my first ever GK so im super new to all this. I've sanded and primed my pieces with rust-olem 2x white primer and am now brush painting with liquitex basics acrylics and watering it down a little with some basic tap water and I'm now trying to use my vallejo liquid mask to get those super crisp lines but instead of pulling the paint clean off with the vallejo, it just pulls the lip of the paint up leaving it almost like there was no liquid mask at all. Does anyone know how I can get my liquid mask and paints to behave better or explain what I might be doing wrong? Any help is appreciated 🙏

Where could I find a surface book 1 charger

Hi! I've got an old surface book 1 that has some really old art on it that I wanna try to get access to but it's been dead for a while. I'm trying to find where I could get a charger for it but no seems to be selling it. Does anyone know where I could find it??? I know microsoft doesn't sell them anymore but maybe if someone knew anyone selling one second hand that I missed? I see that amazon is selling the chargers for 2 and 3 but i'm not sure those will fit as last time I tried ordering a charger for my computer I accidentally ordered one that was too small for the port. Any info is greatly appreciated 😅
