Got a permit for brooks garage but I’m splitting it with someone on days I’m not going. UOttawa said I can’t have a second copy and that the permit has got to be displayed at all times so I was wondering how students do this. It’s gonna be really hard to coordinate times to physically give the pass to the other person so that’s not an option either

Got an offer for the Brooks parking garage. I’m gonna be reaching campus at 9:30ish all days for my 10am classes. I’m worried the parking is going to be all full by then and there’s no point in me paying for the permit since u can’t park anywhere else

Got an invite for a parking permit for the Brooke garage in the fall term. I’m only going to be commuting Mondays and Wednesdays so if anyone wants a permit for the other days and is interested in splitting it with me for the fall term pls dm.

Also if anyone is selling their own permit that they don’t need on Mondays or Wednesdays lmk

Went to the website and it says the opt out period is over. Is there no way I can get a refund for the academic year now? Also are there any other things we are allowed to opt out of in our tuition to save costs?

Going into 2nd year of health sci. I need biochem as a prereq for MCAT ideally done asap so I can take the exam summer of 3rd year at the latest. I’m position 120 on waitlist with Goto and have heard horror stories about Rachel. I don’t wanna wait to take it with goto winter 3rd year bc that won’t leave me enough time for proper mcat prep. What do I do?

Saw that they made a new section for orgo 2 bc the waitlists were getting too long. But the prof is unannounced and only 90 people registered so far. Plus the class size is much smaller (220) compared to Flynn’s or Pratt’s sizes.

Is it worth signing up for? I’m afraid not enough students will register and they’ll drop it. Or that the prof they select will be worse. My other option is taking Derek Pratt but I heard his ratings aren’t good

I’m a health sci student so these are electives for me. Uozone didnt let me sign up for PHY 1321 in fall because I didn’t have the required prerequisites but I have taken 4U physics in hs. It let me register for PHY 1322 in winter tho. Is it okay to take 1322 in winter and then try for 1321 the year after? Also does anyone know why it didn’t let me register for 1321?

Health sci student. I tried taking CHM 2120 fall semester and BCH 2333 winter but I got waitlisted for CHM 2120 and so they didn’t let me sign up for BCH 2333 in winter bc “I didn’t have the required prerequisite”. Is there a way around this?
