I opened an automated bond portfolio back in November of last year. My returns are currently at 2.29% when the high yield savings account is at 3.3%. is that normal? Should I continue funding the bond portfolio or switch everything back to savings account? Thank you.

I would like to close the Amex savings account. I know for their cards they want you to have them for at least a year, is there such a rule for their savings account? I've had the account for 2 months. Thank you in advance!
