Luna Ring Bricked After Upgrade?
Hi! I had to do two firmware upgrades last night and after completing the last one I have had to charge my ring x3 yesterday x2 today, so far.
Does anyone know how to get it to snap out of its funk?
App version: 1.8.1
Firmware: 1.2.6
NOTE: Support will not help bc I did a chargeback for a discount of 25% from when I ordered that wasn’t applied in the original order. I created a support request and it was denied so I went with my bank showing them my evidence of being in the right with the discount.
