I built a tool because making vocabulary wordsets was the hardest part for me

I wanted to learn vocabulary from real-life content like websites and YouTube videos, but the hardest part was always making the wordset.

I had to pause, collect words, check meanings, write examples, and turn everything into flashcards. Most of my energy went into preparing study material instead of actually studying.

So I made Lanma.ai for myself. It generates vocabulary sets from websites or YouTube videos, then lets me review them with spaced repetition. I also applied an SM2-style algorithm, similar to the classic scheduling idea used in Anki.

I also added AI conversation, so I can practice using the words instead of only memorizing them with flashcards.

It is still improving, but the main goal is simple: learn useful words from content I actually care about, study them with flashcards, and practice them in conversation without spending so much time creating materials manually.

I attached screenshots of wordset generation from a website and a YouTube video. Feedback is welcome, especially from people who study languages or use flashcards.
