I will be visiting Porto soon, any advice for buying distilled water? Is it easy to find? Alternately, could I just use tap water temporarily?

I will be traveling with a family group, and one of the party might exceed the “armrest down” rule. The person will be seated next to another family member, but as far as safety regulations, would they actually remove a passenger for this reason? Would it be best to book a second seat, or if the flight is not full, can accommodations be made? Any advice appreciated.
