Need tips for Budgies and Lovebirds

I'm from a country where birds as pets are not really taken seriously. There are no petstore with bird toys or things in general, big cages are not easy to find and most of the time you have to make them yourself. This also means every bird from a "petstore" will be afraid of hands and humans, and are super hard to bond with humans.

So I was gifted 2 lovebirds and 3 budgies that were living in the same small cage, i already had 3 budgies (not tamed, but they are not afraid of me and my hands so that helped the other to settle in the new home) in a big cage that i drove 4 hours to find so the budgies are getting along well, and a bigger cage is in the making so the lovebirds can be in the smaller cage.

The thing is, I am trying to find a recipe i can feed both the budgies and the lovebirds. I give them chopped veggies like broccoli, red pepper, carrot, cauliflower, peas and celery. Food like millet spray, pellets and seed mixes are not available here and i'm trying to look for seeds to make a homemade seedmix.

I've been watching a lot of videos and reading about lovebirds but i would appreciate some tips.

Finally i know it's not the best option to have pet birds if these are the obstacles in my country, but right now there is no other people that will give them a good life as pets, so I'm trying my best to give them a good life. My first languaje is spanish so sorry if my grammar is weird, any tip is welcome!
