Restarting exercise at 22w after doing nothing all pregnancy

I’m in my 22nd week and since the start of this pregnancy I have not exercised. The first trimester wiped me out and it was just survival. I worked out and would go to the gym before, but nothing crazy, couple gym classes a week. I intended to do some at home classes to ease in but that hasn’t happened.

So I booked a reformer Pilates class for this weekend. Now I’m wondering if that’s going to be too much going from nothing. But also if I don’t go for it I feel like I’ll keep making excuses.

Am I being unrealistic jumping straight into reformer Pilates at 22 weeks, or is it fine if I take it easy and modify where needed?
