WFS monthly sales reports and profitability calculation for 200+ SKUs account.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been managing a Walmart selling account using only WFS for about 3 years. We have 200+ SKUs, and I’ve never used any third-party profitability/dashboard tools because I’m not very comfortable sharing sensitive data such as order details, pricing, sales volume, etc.

When I first started working with Walmart reports, I was honestly a little disappointed with how much manual work was required. Over time, I built my own process, so monthly sales and profitability calculations are no longer difficult, but they still take around 1.5-2 hours every month.

My usual process is to download the Orders, GMV, and related reports, then use VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and other Excel formulas to combine the data and calculate summarized amounts for WFS fees, selling fees, sales, and profitability.

The main issue is volume. Each month I’m dealing with roughly 20,000-40,000 spreadsheet rows, so even with a working system it still feels more manual than it should be.

I’m curious how other Walmart sellers handle this.

Do you have your own Excel templates, Power Query setups, macros, scripts, or other tricks that make monthly reporting faster without giving account data to third-party services?

Would really appreciate hearing about your workflows or any ideas for reducing the time spent on this.
