pc for golf sim and maybe racing sim in the future [suggestion]

hey all bit of a pc noob here but i was considering buying this pre built for use with my gsx golf simulator and maybe some racing games down the line. Thoughts on this 2nd hand for a golf sim?

Hey guys pc noob here but a mutual friend is offering this pc for 1200 aud. I’d be using the gsx pro golf sim and I would like to try racing sim at some point in the future. Would this be a good buy? I was thinking of spending around the 2k to 2.5k mark for a new pre built pc from pc case gear, this one specifically. https://www.pccasegear.com/products/73424/pccg-firehawk-ryzen-7-5700x-rtx-5070-12gb-32gb-ddr4-gaming-pc-windows-11

Any help would be much appreciated my only concern is the one im being offered is a little dated?
