Need help putting back old seed to Minecraft server [java] 26.2

I use a server host called Apex hosting, and recently I had to load up a back up of the world due to unfortunate events. After I loaded the back up, I didn’t suspect anything went wrong but around a day later, I found out that the seed had changed and anytime new terrain loaded it would be in the new seed. I spoke to Apex host and the only solution was for me too go further back to the previous backup. But unfortunately, I had spent the whole day working on stuff. Does anyone know a solution for me to put it back to the correct seed without having to reset? The world is over four years old and I don’t wanna lose any major progress
