I have her at bond level 13 and have read all of her Neko Stories, but don't have her Sweetheart Stamp. Am I missing something? I have everyone else's stamps except for a few of the part-timers who are still below Bond level 10.

Does anyone know what the grace period is before Huntsville Utilities applies late fees to an account?
We had a leaky toilet that we didn't take care of quickly enough, so the water and sewer charges on our latest utility bill are through the roof. Our payment date (August 4th) unfortunately falls between paychecks as well. I just got paid yesterday, because my bank processes my paychecks a couple of days early. So we were discussing the possibility of temporarily cancelling our auto-pay and paying half of it now, then paying the other half when my husband's next paycheck hits on the 7th or 8th.
I know I could call the office and ask them about it, but I'm at work and it's a bit more difficult to make what could be an extended personal call depending on how long I'm on hold compared to asking Reddit.
Edit: I went ahead and called; they were able to give me a payment extension, but the extension doesn't change when the late fees are applied, so I just paid the full amount now to avoid that. Sucks but that's just the joy of home ownership I guess 🤷🏼♀️
