Hello, as many before me, I want to deep strike a hammerfall bunker. I have seen a few posts about this topic, but nothing with a definitive solution or clear answer.

I want to use the orbital assault detachment to give the deep strike ability to a hammerfall bunker.
The deep strike ability works around the unit making an ingress move.
The rules for ingress moves say, a unit is eligible to perform an ingress move, if it is in strategic reserves.
Fortifications are excluded from being placed in strategic reserves.

So, the way I understand this, we are NOT able to deep strike the hammerfall bunker, even if it does have the deep strike ability.
Am I right here?
