Hey, i am studying in uzbekistan and i just finished my 2nd year, but i still have no knowledge on any subject. I wanna finish anatomy, physiology and biochemistry as of now. But i have no idea where to begin or what to study or where to study from, also which books are the best?

I would genuinly be pleased if someone gave me an exact idea of how i should be studying. I would like to know which authors are best for each sub. Also which platforms to study from.
