Anyone know what's up with the loud music and vocals on 83rd st between East End and York?

Im on the 5th floor and my windows are rattling.

This morning i saw a homeless guy sleeping on a mattress left on the curb on 83rd bet york and first.

There were two more guys sleeping behind the stanchion on the fdr drive walkway between 79 and 81.

A friend is on the phone & it sounds like she is crinklingstiff plastic wrap on top of an already bad connection.nope.

she's eating something very crunchy. I say I can't hear her and she stops.and a few .minutes later she does it again. And again.

I said we should talk later on and hang up but its annoying .

Im visiting a good friend who knows I have hearing aids and profound hearing loss. I've said repeatedly she has to look at me when she says something. Yet she still calls out to me from the other end of the house, talks to me over her shoulder and talks when we watch TV with captions. I tell her I can hear her or the dialog but not both but it hasn't sunk in yet.

Its frustrating. She'll say something and I must walk all the way over to her when she says something from another room. I can see her getting exasperated.

Lining up to board a flight to JAX with 5 people in wheelchairs. Its a miracle! 4 out of 5 got out of their chairs and walked to the door of the plane with ease carrying all their baggage once the gate agents left

Hi flying tomorrow out of JFK at 2pm and looking for advice on how much time to allow for TSA. Will 90 minutes be enough time?
