I am looking for schools in the Frisco/Plano/Mckinney/Allen area that will take interns with a SOE for elementary Gen-Ed. I have experience as a long-term sub in resource, have subbed in Gen-Ed, and worked for a year as a paraprofessional. TIA!
Hi guys. So in June 2024, I started getting these weird flare ups on my fingers. I’ll wake up, and several areas on my fingers (both hands) will be swollen, itchy, burning, hot to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and it hurts to bend them or touch anything. Flares will last about three days normally, but this current one has lasted 8 days. I’ve gone to four different doctors (two primary care, two dermatologists) and none know what they are. They all agreed it seems autoimmune, and I am currently waiting to get an appointment scheduled with a rheumatologist. In the meantime, I had a steriod shot yesterday, which has not set in yet. Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment and hydrocortisone didn’t help. Claritin didn’t work. Benadryl seems to help - but basically by knocking me out. Ice and heat both aggravate them. I can’t figure out what causes them, it seems random. My mom’s rheumatologist saw pics and thought it looked like chillblains. My dermatologist seems to lean this way as well, and ordered an Ana blood test. Does anyone else deal with this, and has anything helped?? Thank you so much for any insight. I just want relief, they are happening more frequently and getting worse.
