Hoping this is ok on here feel free to delete if not. We live in NYC and my FH and all his family/friends are from the nyc area. I’ve lived out here a while but grew up in the Midwest and we’re getting married in my hometown. Over the years I’ve realized NYC cocktail hours and midwestern cocktail hours are….not the same. The expectation at home is 2 or 3 passed apps (plus the open bar)…not any of the stations or anything I’ve gotten used to here.

My question: if you were traveling to the Midwest for a wedding would you be disappointed to find a cocktail hour like this? We have an enormous guest list and most of them are from the northeast if not NYC specifically

Already called the non-emergency police line and filed but my keys fell out of my bag on a walk downtown sometime in the last hour. Set of keys with a navy AirPods case attached and an AirTag (which, of course, is dead). Posting in case anyone happens to see!
