We've had frontier for 2+ years now. Always had the 1Gig plan. They recently jacked the price up to 109.99 so I'm pretty annoyed and thinking of switching. But one question I have is this: was there ever a time when Frontier would take $10 off your bill if your autopayed through their app? I swear that was a thing but can't find it anywhere, and I've been suspecting for months now that I haven't been getting it.

Also, any tips for dealing with their crap customer service? Should I just switch?
