Right now a lot of communities I'm in have moved to different platforms and it's hard to keep track of everything. Are there any good tools that let you view everything at once or manage it easier?

(I know if it exists it will probably be against Discord TOS, but I'm good with the risk as long as they haven't suddenly started cracking down on alternate clients)

Edit: I'm also down for suggestions for alternate clients that actually let you customize how chats are sorted or view all chats at once

I'm on Kubuntu and I keep thinking this would be good QOL for my set up, but I'm not sure how to do it. Since it's Obsidian related I wanted to ask here, but sorry if this would fit better in a Linux sub!

I want to have certain notes in my vault open when I open specific programs, so if say I launch a video game, it would open to my notes for that game, or if I open a website related to a certain topic, it opens my notes for that topic. What would be the best way to do this with Obsidian?
