Feeding during holiday

Hi, I would like to ask, how I can proper feed my betta during 7 days while I won’t be home (I also have neons and one bristlenose catfish. I have no one to come to feed them and I read somewhere that they will be fine, but I don’t want to risk it and I want them to be okay. My biggest concern is the best way for them how to feed them, betta and rest of group. Thank you for your advice and opinions!:)

Betta fish

Hi, I've had a new betta, her name is her name is Penny for 3 days now and I think she's adapted well. I feed her regularly, she likes to follow me, explore the aquarium, when I come, she swims closer and when I sit by the aquarium, she stays nearby. I tried putting my hand in and she didn't swim, she just looked curiously, she got a little closer, but didn't touch. I'd like to ask how I could get her to swim into my palm, or take food from my hand? Thank you very much for all the tips and advice! :)
