I just saw some bracolli haired teenager slam a girl on the parking lot ground. She then got into the passenger seat of his car looking terrified (Green BMW). Can anyone help ID, because I fear the girl is in danger.

I sent info to the police. And I couldn't intervene because I was working with a client who is blind and autistic, so running across the parking lot wasnt an option
