P bass string action problem
I have a mexican fender player p bass and I have a problem with setting up the string action. I try to aim for lower action but I always get fret buzz somewhere around the 12th fret and up, so I get stuck on high action.
Before you get into the usual stuff, yes I did set up the neck relief. I always tought It might be my high mass bridge that I bought so I swapped it for the stock fender one, but with zero positive results.
I still think it might be the neck, because it bows back even if I turn the truss rod over and over. It still creates a large gap between the strings.
I'm at a loss here, any suggestions?
I will NOTapologise to anyone for my crack headcanon! NEVER! Also...you can't say It's not a legit theory...
Do you think there is any point in upgrading after the Lee-Enfield No. 4 MkI? The other garand variants have faster rate of fire but much smaller damage. I think the bigger damage (especially over the longer distances) is much more important than the fire rate, but I'm not sure how much difference it makes on the actual battlefield...
