Is there anyway to speak to a human or chat with someone with common sense?

Suspended 14 days

Got an IP complaint a week before and retried the item and created removal orders as they told me to. Item doesn't retire no matter how many times I try. Showed proof in case.

All WFS inventory so takes time for them to remove inventory. None of this is in my control.

Yet they suspend me. Any tips?
