Our last agency ended up with 20 unanswered chats, so we're looking for people who actually deliver.

**What we're looking for:**
-Ideally 24/7 chatting coverage
-Experience with scaling models
-Strong sales skills & high response rates
-You take full responsibility for the model's chat performance

**Payment:**
-10%-15% of the model's monthly revenue
-No hourly pay– performance-based only
-We use Infloww for tracking & chatting
