I noticed that when using FSR, the MSAA setting defaults to x8 and is not editable in UI.

Changing it to 4 in the Config_DX11.ini file, basically doubled my FPS without noticeable quality loss (running FSR ultra quality). I can also turn on more eye candy and easily have 64 cars visible compared to 14. It also handles night extremely well now (no more max headlights editing).

Edit: I was already using FSR due to VRAM constraints. This is for people using FSR already and want a lot more FPS.
